We are looking to recruit high calibre professional Aftersales Advisors for our Service & Parts Departments. The candidates should be sales focused, committed to delivering excellent customer service and have excellent communication and administrative skills. Main dealership experience and in particular Opel franchise experience is an advantage.

  • Experienced Aftersales Advisor (Service)
    Candidate:

    Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, the primary function of the role is to act as a service advisor, providing a proactive service to workshop customers. You will be required to liaise with the workshop to follow through on jobs, invoices and explain completed work, identify and upsell other required work and build a relationship with our customer base. Customer contact and scheduled follow up calls are also integral to the role. You will be required to be organised, efficient and thorough. You will demonstrate your business acumen by seeking out new ways to increase the aftersales departmental performance. Your enthusiastic positive approach will encourage exceptional levels of customer care while respecting company procedures.

  • Experienced Aftersales Advisor (Parts)
    Candidate:

    Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, the primary function of the role is to act as a parts advisor, providing a proactive service to parts customers, both internal & external. You will be required to operate all aspects of the parts department to maximise customer service and company profitability. You will be required to take responsibility for ordering, invoicing and dispatch of parts and for ensuring stock levels are optimal. You will be resposible for buy in and location of parts and return of parts. You should have excellent parts knowledge and the ability to advise and order correct parts first time. You will be required to maintain high standards of administration and housekeeping at all times. Proven ability to deal with trade customers and actively grow sales and build relationships is integral to the role. A knowledge of franchise warranty procedures and ability to administer warranty is also required.

    Candidate:

    The required candidates should be enthusiastic, hard working individuals with a desire to succeed in a career in motor sales. Attention to the highest customer satisfaction standards and levels of service are key attributes for the successful candidates. Sales experience is an advantage. However, motor sales experience is not essential.
