Our pledge to you. We’re confident you’ll be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. But, for added peace of mind, if your car or van develops a mechanical or electrical fault (in the first 30 days of ownership) that cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, we’ll exchange it for another Opel Network Q approved vehicle of equal value. Why such a pledge? Simply because we believe in our vehicles, believe in their inherent quality and regard our customers’ satisfaction as a priority.

Customer reassurance is at the heart of Network Q. Every Network Q approved Opel vehicle sold, which requires an NCT within the warranty period, will be covered by our guarantee against NCT failure up to a maximum of €1,000 (subject to certain exclusions).
